Are the products authentic?

Yes, all products are 100% authentic. Proof of purchases can be shown in case if needed. However, we reserve the right of watermarking any personal information and blurring it out to avoid misuse.

How long have you been in business?

We have over 10 years of experience. With over 5000 + clients in Middle East, we have now established our personal shopper services for clients in Australia.

Everything and anything beauty, fashion, accessories can be sourced via us. We are here to ensure your global shopping experience is as easy as it can be.

What is your return, refund exchange policy?

We do not offer exchange,or return due to change of mind. Returns are possible if your order has been delivered with a damaged or wrong product. Same policy applies for a refund, if your order has arrived damaged or if you have not received what you ordered for. However, damaged products will be required to return back to our warehouse!

What are your shipping methods?

We use Australia post for standard shipping. A shipping email will be sent to your provided email address as soon as your order ships.

I don't see an article on your website, is there anyway we can pre order it?

We take pre orders all year around. We would love to source the product you have been eyeing, please feel free to email us or text us on whatsApp for pre orders & quotations.
